Description

This 2-hour workshop is an invitation to turn toward yourself with the same care and warmth you offer others. Inspired by the work of Dr. Kristin Neff, we’ll explore what it means to befriend yourself in moments of stress, failure, and emotional discomfort. Through partner dialogues, group activities, and simple grounding techniques, you’ll learn how to recognize self-critical patterns and respond with kindness instead of judgment. You’ll also discover how mindfulness and common humanity can help you feel less alone in your struggles and more supported from within. This is not about fixing yourself—it’s about meeting yourself where you are with gentleness and understanding. Perfect for anyone who wants to cultivate resilience, presence, and a more compassionate inner voice, whether you're new to mindfulness or deep in the work of self-discovery. Come exactly as you are. You are enough.
