Description

Repetitive movements to open up your body with twists and folds. You’ll finish the class ready to take on your day with renewed energy and focus. A Slower paced class focusing on mobility and lengthening your muscles by holding postures for longer during the sequence and creating a deeper stretch from head to toe.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your class we accept a full refund to be credited back to your account 24 hours prior to the start time of the class. Unfortunately any class cancelation that happens within the 24 hour period will not be credited or refunded.
