Description
Repetitive movements to open up your body with twists & folds. You’ll finish the class ready to take on your day with renewed energy and focus. A Slower paced class focusing on mobility and lengthening your muscles by holding postures for longer during the sequence.
Modifications will be given throughout the class, making this class suitable for ALL levels.
The class is challenging but safe and will help with general mobility and flexibility in the body.

PLEASE NOTE:
YOU MUST agree to the waiver prior to participating in the class. Read it thoroughly as you may need to consult a physician prior to taking part in a new exercise program.
The instructor of the class will not accept responsibility for any injuries whilst practising the techniques demonstrated.
CANCELLATIONS :
Cancellation within 24 hours of the class start time will not be refunded.
Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be credited back onto your account for future class bookings.
