Description

Move your body with intention during this vinyasa flow practise. Open up through your hips, strengthen your arms and tone your core as we move through a series of dynamic postures to lengthen and strengthen your body from head to toe.

The class is challenging but safe and will help with general mobility and flexibility in the body. Modifications will be given throughout making 'Mindful Movement' suitable for ALL levels.

Take this opportunity to carve out some much needed time for you. We will focus on our breath uniting our mind & our body as one with a well deserved relaxation at the end of practise .

PLEASE NOTE:
YOU MUST agree to the waiver prior to participating in the class. Read it thoroughly as you may need to consult a physician prior to taking part in a new exercise program.

The instructor of the class will not accept responsibility for any injuries whilst practising the techniques demonstrated.

CANCELLATIONS :
Cancellation within 24 hours of the class start time will not be refunded.
Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be credited back onto your account for future class bookings.
