Description

During the Mat based Pilates class we will focus on the 6 principles of Pilates. Concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breathing. We will work on building strength and stability throughout the body, with a specific focus on our core, improving your posture and overall health.

It is a very challenging class working muscles you never knew you had! But suitable for all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced.

PLEASE NOTE:
YOU MUST agree to the waiver prior to participating in the class. Read it thoroughly as you may need to consult a physician prior to taking part in a new exercise program.

The instructor of the class will not accept responsibility for any injuries whilst practising the techniques demonstrated.

CANCELLATIONS :
Cancellation within 24 hours of the class start time will not be refunded.
Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be credited back onto your account for future class bookings.
