90 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra - this event will ensure deep relaxation & a harmonious connection between the body and mind. Yin Yoga is a gentle form of yoga where we will practise no more than 9 postures, holding the postures between 5-7 minutes - a deep passive stretch. Yin allows the body to release fascia and improve the flexibility and mobility within the body. Not only does Yin & Yoga Nidra have countless physical benefits - the class will help with stress and anxiety, helping calm and relax the mind... a lovely stepping stone to meditation. There will be a complimentary hot drink at the end of the class for you to enjoy before a good nights sleep <3
