A thorough, 45 minute yoga for runners.

This is the perfect practice to keep the lower body strong and flexible. Keep your muscles and joints happy and healthy for long term strength building and balance.

This sequence focuses on areas including the hip flexors, quads, glutes, hamstrings, psoas, IT band, and low back, and is suitable for all levels.

Don't worry if you're not a runner, the class will benefit your body if you are just wanting a good stretch to help with other sporting activities and every day life.

Once the course is booked there will be no refunds given. The £25 cost covers all 4 classes.
