This class is perfect if you are new to yoga or returning to the mat after some time off.

Join me for an hours gentle, full body Vinyasa yoga class. Focusing on our foundation as a way to grow flexibility and create space in the body.

Each week we will build on different aspects of Yoga, from vinyasa to Yin, meditation to breath work - all elements showcasing the very best of what Yoga has to offer for your mind, body and soul. Invest some time and energy into your wellbeing, a chance to see what all the fuss is about.

All you need is a yoga mat - everything else is provided <3
