Every time you run, you use the same muscles and joints. Over time, this can lead to pain and injury. Adding yoga to the mix works other muscles and joints for better body balance. In addition, yoga helps loosen and relieve tension in muscles you use for running.

This is the perfect practice to keep the lower body strong and flexible. Keep your muscles and joints happy and healthy for long term strength building and balance.

This sequence focuses on areas including the hip flexors, quads, glutes, hamstrings, psoas, IT band, and low back, and is suitable for all levels.

Don't worry if you're not a runner, the class will benefit your body if you are just wanting a good stretch to help with other sporting activities and every day life.
