Stretch out and sink in. This low and slow flow ends with a passive Yin practice to seal in all the calming energy.

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a more chilled out Yoga class. The Hall is not available the first Friday or every month - instead there will be an online class as a replacement.
