What is Focusing
Focusing is a natural way of paying attention to oneself and others that is based upon concrete experience.
It offers a grounded alternative to abstract concepts, mechanical tools & techniques, and the imposition of external authority or social convention.
Our bodies synthesise millions of bits of information that our conscious minds cannot access. By directly paying attention to how our bodies feel we can harness this information in helpful ways.
