Description
Breath led movements help keep you safe during the physical changes of pregnancy. Maintain core stability and relieve symptomatic ailments of pregnancy such as lower back aches and sciatica. You will learn valuable skills to help manage strong sensations in labour and induce relaxation, paving the way for healthy childbirth, recovery! You can begin anytime from 12 weeks onwards.
