Description
Join me for this gentle and balanced Qigong and Relaxation Session.
This will be a standing practice, followed by lying down stretches and relaxation.
This is just a chance for anyone wanting to meet up and practice outdoors during the summer break.
Please pay as you feel / can afford, via cash contribution on the day.
Booking is essential.
Feel free to bring a friend, anyone over 16, but they must register and book in.
We’ll meet at the entrance to the memorial gardens at 10:55, just by the Memorial Gates, just over the Suspension Bridge and to the right.
For anyone driving, please check City Council car park details for charges.
For anyone walking from Bridgford, let’s meet outside at the big Co-Op, opposite the Library car park at 10:40 and we can walk together.
There’s a lovely little café on the embankment right next to the memorial gardens if anyone wants to have a cuppa together afterwards.
Practical details: bring a mat or a blanket for relaxation, and some water.
You might also want sunscreen and insect spray :)
