Join Maria and Kari for Vocal Sanctuary, a nurturing autumn workshop that weaves movement, breath, and voice into one harmonious experience.
Together, we’ll explore simple practices to soothe the nervous system, awaken energy, and reconnect with your natural voice.
Imagine a warm, welcoming space where Yoga and Qigong-inspired movement gently open the body, preparing you for joyful vocal exploration through ancient chants, modern mantras, and simple sound. Everything is learned by ear, through repetition — accessible, playful, and deeply connecting.
No previous experience of Yoga, Qigong, or singing is needed — just your willingness to breathe, move, and make sound.
What to Expect:
• Grounding Breathwork & Gentle Movement – reconnect body, breath, heart, and voice
• Joyful Vocal Exploration – experience mantra, melody, and shared sound
• Good Vibrations – short, uplifting vocal pieces led by Kari to feel the sound’s resonance and connection
• Cuppa & Conversation – time to pause, chat, and connect with others
• Deep Relaxation – a soothing Yoga Nidra to absorb the day and leave you feeling calm, centred, and restored
