Small group in-person class with observation and guidance (if desired).
To begin, settle in, tune into your breath, and set your intention.
Then, flow gently to warm and energise the whole body, holding some postures for a little longer to invite stability, strength and opening.
Finish with a blissful relaxation.
Feel energised, peaceful and reconnected with yourself.
Suitable for those with a little prior yoga experience.
May be suitable for beginners - please ask!
