A leisurely and welcoming day in the rural setting of Aslockton Village Hall. A beautiful space, with soft wooden floors, and gorgeous natural light in a beautiful surrounding area.

Starting at 10:30 am and ending at 4:00/4:30 pm.

❀ Learn about cooling, calming and heart-opening essential oils for summer and make your own essential oil product to take home
❀ Restorative afternoon practice, using essential oils and acupressure
❀ Time for reflection and journalling
