Purposeful moments while learning control, strength, and bringing your body and mind into relaxation. Release stress and nurture spirituality to cultivate calmness. This class allows connection to breath and movement.

What to expect from Bridging the Balance Yoga Classes:

• Christian Theme with related bible verses and/or scripture
• Meditation
• Pranayama (breathwork)
• Asana (movements of the body)
• Savasana (time for rest)

All classes combine these elements for a focused practice that brings peace and calm to both the mind and the body for amazing health benefits.

All classes are suitable for beginners and advanced levels.
