A gentle introduction to the practice of yoga. Learn how the three pillars of yoga (breath, movement, stillness) can enhance one's well-being, promoting strength, balance, relaxation and even joy! Participants will learn fundamental poses and breath practices. The two classes are appropriate for all fitness and age levels.
