Amy brings 35 years of instructional expertise from the classroom straight to the yoga mat. A full-time Reading Interventionist, she holds active Ohio state licenses as both an Elementary Educator and a School Administrator. Her extensive, professional background in education naturally informs her thoughtful, beginner-friendly yoga sequencing. Amy received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification through Yoga Renew and holds 30 hours of specialized certification in Children’s Yoga. She is passionate about teaching foundational alignment, breathwork, and stress-relief techniques to students of all ages. Beyond her professional life, she is a proud wife, mom of four, and grandmother to five. As a local Buckeye Lake resident, she has a deep passion for community and is thrilled to share the life-changing benefits of mindfulness and movement with her neighbors.

Leave the stress of the workday behind and transition into a restful evening. This gentle, 60-minute Hatha class is designed specifically for beginners and anyone looking to slow down. Together, we will move through slow, simple poses to release tension in the shoulders, neck, and hips, followed by deeply relaxing stretches to calm the nervous system. No prior yoga experience or flexibility required—just show up as you are and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and ready for a great night's sleep.
