Yoga Shred & Strength provides a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down, along with 4 HIIT exercises. Each exercise is cued with yoga alignment. We do each exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. We have a 1 minute recovery between exercises.
As we move through the class, we tune out the noise and thoughts which no longer serve us in a healthy way. As we do this, we are better able to step into more calm, ease and flow. We are able to be both soft and strong.
