Sunday outdoor yoga sessions are back! I am so excited to announce our 5th summer in our Secret Yoga Garden. I will be holding a mix of weekend and weeknight sessions across the summer to accommodate as many people as possible. Practising yoga and meditation outside is just a different feeling and so good for the soul.

Please bring a mat (although I have spares if needed), and some water. My classes remain inclusive and suitable for all levels, and our open invitation for a coffee after the weekend classes is always there!

Please note: Occasionally I bring my quiet greyhound to the garden practice; if you would rather I didn't bring him, please let me know so I can make sure everyone is comfortable.
