Description
A beautiful way to start your Sunday! Join us in the garden for a stretch, breathe and relax. All levels and abilities welcome. Mats and props provided if you need to borrow anything. This is a weather-dependent class. If it's not looking good I will cancel up to 48 hours before the class. Please bring a blanket if it's looking cooler for the relaxation section of the practice.
