I teach Seasonal Vinyasa Flow yoga classes in Motherwell and Lanarkshire area. I offer 1-2-1 classes suitable for anyone who is new to yoga or may wish to take their yoga to the next level.
Description
This class is suitable for all whether you are starting your yoga journey or if you have a regular yoga practice.

The class is based on the Half Primary Ashtanga sequence. You will learn the Half Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga and also some of the postures in the primary series.

Beginners have the option to use blocks and belts to help achieve steadiness in postures. You will be taught how to use props.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga synchronising breath with movement. You will build up internal heat as you move from one posture to the next sequentially.

The class may vary from week to week, you will learn different postures and will also be introduced to Vinyasa Flow every 3rd week and learn to move the body in different ways.

Please bring a yoga mat, a yoga block, a yoga strap and blanket for relaxation and arrive early to class to register and settle into your space.
