Hatha Flow is a style that combines the deliberate, grounded movements of traditional Hatha yoga with the fluid transitions found in vinyasa. Cultivating focus, strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and harmony. In this class you will move through poses at a steady pace, linking breath with movement, but with more time to focus on alignment and technique.
