Description

Hatha yoga is a physical practice that focuses on building strength through a series of postures and controlled breathing techniques. It’s a slower paced style of yoga allowing time to hold each pose and concentrate on proper alignment. The emphasis is on mindful movement, body awareness and developing a sense of mental clarity.
This class includes:

• Vinyasa flows
• Static holds
• Breathing practices
• Deep stretching
• Dynamic strengthening

• Relaxation
Suitable for all levels offering modifications for intermediate and more challenging variations to go a little deeper for more experienced yogis.
