Descubrí el yoga en 2018, encontrando en la práctica un refugio en momentos de trauma y dificultad. Lo que comenzó como un espacio de sanación personal se transformó en una pasión por compartir esta disciplina con otros. Inspirado por mi experiencia y por allegados, decidí profundizar en el estudio del yoga, obteniendo mi certificación de 200 horas. Mi enfoque como maestro honra la tradición del yoga, respetando la cultura de la que proviene esta práctica milenaria. Me guío por sus enseñanzas para ofrecer clases que integran movimiento consciente, respiración y alineación, creando un espacio accesible y enriquecedor para todos los niveles. Me especializo en Hatha Vinyasa, combinando secuencias fluidas con momentos de quietud para cultivar presencia, fuerza y equilibrio. Para mí, el yoga es más que una práctica física: es un camino de transformación, autoconocimiento y conexión con algo más grande que nosotros mismos. Con gratitud, honro la oportunidad de guiar a otros en este viaje, creando un espacio donde cada persona pueda explorar, crecer y encontrar bienestar. As a teacher, I honor the tradition of yoga, respecting the culture from which this ancient practice originates. I am guided by its teachings to offer classes that integrate mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment, creating an accessible and enriching space for all levels. I specialize in Hatha Vinyasa, blending fluid sequences with moments of stillness to cultivate presence, strength, and balance. To me, yoga is more than a physical practice—it is a path of transformation, self-discovery, and connection to something greater than ourselves. Step into the discipline of classical Hatha Yoga with a consistent practice designed to ground, strengthen, and center. Each session follows a steady sequence of foundational asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), and dhyāna (meditation), creating a rhythm that allows body and mind to deepen over time. While the structure remains constant, each week introduces a different peak posture, offering new challenges and insights within the familiar flow. This approach reflects the spirit of sādhana—a dedicated practice that cultivates steadiness, awareness, and inner balance.
