Hola, soy Nayelys, maestra certificada de yoga 200hrs Hatha Vinyasa. Siento mucha pasión por ayudar a las personas a encontrar bienestar. Mis clases se adaptan a cada nivel y buscan que conectes con tu cuerpo, tu respiración y tu fuerza interior.
El yoga transformó mi forma de ver la vida, y me llena el corazón poder compartir esa energía con los demás. Cada clase es una oportunidad para crecer, sanar y disfrutar el presente.
Description
This gentle style of yoga aims to promote deep relaxation and rest, using props like blocks, bolsters and blankets for support and remain comfortable in poses for a longer period of time. Rather than focusing on continuous movements, classes will feature a series of poses that allow mindfulness, meditation, pranayama (conscious breath) and rest. Restorative yoga can reduce anxiety and stress, help with pain management, emotional release, better sleep quality and overall relaxation.
Restorative yoga is perfect for seasoned yogis to beginners, menses, injury and chronic pain-friendly.
