Hi! My name is Taysha, but people call me Tay. I am a 200hr Registered Yoga teacher and a Mat Pilates teacher. I discovered yoga during my time in Army training, searching for something that could ground me in the midst of constant structure. What began as a simple intention to slow down quickly became a space of clarity and strength. As I continued to return to the mat, sometimes twice a day, I realized how transformative mindful movement could be, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually.
Moved by my own experience and by others who sought a practice that met their bodies where they were, I chose to deepen my studies and earned my 200-hour yoga certification. Along the way, I expanded into mat Pilates, embracing its powerful ability to build strength from the inside out. Together, yoga and Pilates became the foundation of my approach to wellness: intentional, embodied, and empowering.
To me, movement is more than exercise — it is a pathway toward self-discovery, empowerment, and coming home to yourself. With gratitude, I hold space for others to explore what movement can mean for them, to build strength they can carry into every part of their lives, and to connect with the version of themselves they are becoming.

An energizing 50-minute Vinyasa flow designed to build strength, endurance, and focus through continuous, mindful movement. Flow breath to movement through creative sequences that challenge your balance, coordination, and breath as you naturally build heat.
