As an Army Veteran, I discovered the transformative power of yoga in 2011 when I began practicing Ashtanga. This journey led me to explore deeper dimensions of mindfulness, culminating in my daily practice of Transcendental Meditation since 2015. In 2018, I received my 200-hour yoga teacher certification from the esteemed Sivananda Yoga School in Kerala, India, followed by advanced certifications in Ashtanga (Levels 1 and 2) and a 300-hour yoga teacher certification in 2020, also in India. My goal as a yoga teacher is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore their physical and mental boundaries, fostering resilience and inner peace. Additionally, as a Vedic astrologer, I integrate the wisdom of astrology into my teachings, helping students connect with their unique energies and life paths. I am passionate about guiding others on their journey to self-discovery and holistic well-being.

A slow and nurturing yoga practice to restore both body and mind. Using breathwork, gentle movement, and deep relaxation, this class is perfect for unwinding and resetting for the week ahead. Suitable for everyone. This class is bilingual.
