In my teenage years, meditation became a refuge, offering a sense of calm and clarity amidst the complexities of growing up. Discovering its power planted the seeds of a lifelong passion for well-being. This passion eventually led me to an over 10-year career as a personal trainer, where I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of movement on both the physical and mental levels. However, it was a life-changing experience studying yoga in India that ignited my dedication to Kundalini Yoga. This powerful practice, with its dynamic combination of movement, breathwork, and meditation, resonated deeply with me. But my exploration didn't stop there. I delved into the ancient art of sound healing, learning how sound vibrations can influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Today, as a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, I weave these two powerful modalities together in my classes. Through dynamic kriyas (yoga sets), energizing chants, deep meditations, and the integration of sound healing instruments, I create a unique and immersive experience for my students to explore their physical and spiritual potential.

Ground & Rise Yoga — Hatha/Kundalini Fusion

Ground & Rise is a 60-minute fusion class that meets you in your body and takes you deeper.
The first half is pure Hatha — expect strength, balance, and heat. We work the body intentionally, building the physical foundation that makes everything that follows possible.

From there we move into a Kundalini kriya — a dynamic yoga set combining powerful postures, breathwork, and focused energy work aimed at the tension you've been carrying that has nothing to do with your body. Each class features a different kriya, chosen to complement the physical work that preceded it.

The class closes with a restorative sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks. By this point your body has done the work and your mind has quieted enough to actually receive it.
You'll leave feeling like you did something — and like something in you has been put back in its right place.
