Cait is a yoga teacher, a life-long surfer, and forever a a student of yoga and of life. Inspired by nature, she strives to offer balanced and approachable classes that focus on function over aesthetics. Cait likes to blend mindful movement with intentional breath work, and often incorporates self-massage and meditation into her group classes and private sessions. Description
This will be an all-levels, Gentle Flow yoga class that will focus on balancing & restoring energy, calming the mind, and rejuvenating the body through yoga asana, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and self-myofascial release (MFR or self-massage). Props (like blocks, MFR/tennis balls, a blanket) are highly encouraged for this practice!!
