About Common Ground Movement at Starlight Sanctuary
I’m Rachelle, and I’ve been teaching yoga since 2017. My training is rooted in the teachings of Krishnamacharya, where breath and movement are deeply connected. I studied under Raquel Bueno of Liberation Yoga and am trained in Viniyoga, Rocket-inspired sequencing, and Yoga Sculpt.
My classes are a blend of breath, strength, and intentional movement. I believe vinyasa is more than just moving quickly through poses, it’s about creating a meaningful connection between breath and how we move, allowing each practice to feel both grounded and energizing.
I’m passionate about making yoga accessible to all levels. You don’t need to be flexible to start, you just need to show up. My goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and free of judgment, where you can explore, build strength, and grow over time.
I want you to leave class feeling connected, and more at home in your body.
Training and Certs
