Class Information
Classes are held at multiple locations, including Starlight Sanctuary (611 North Garden Street, Columbia, Tn). Please check each class listing for the correct location before arriving.
Arrival
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can begin on time. Doors may be locked at the start of class.
What to Bring
Bring your own mat and water. Limited props available.
What to Wear
Something that feels comfortable to move in. Sometimes loose shirts can be in the way in some postures, but wear what makes you feel comfortable.
Parking
Parking is available at each location. Please allow a few extra minutes to park and get settled before class.
Booking & Cancellations
All classes are encouraged to be booked in advance to ensure a spot. Spots are limited to keep classes small and intentional. Cancellations can be made up to the designated 2 hour window prior to class for free. If the window is missed, it will result in a loss of credit.
Changes & Cancellations by Instructor
Classes may be canceled by the teacher up to 1 hour prior to start time if no students are pre-registered. Pre-booking is strongly encouraged to reserve your spot and ensure class is held. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and credited accordingly.
All levels are welcome. This is a supportive, no-judgment space.
