Description
This type of Pilates is designed for women during their Pregnancy period.
You will be doing soft stretches and easy strengthening exercises. Mostly for your arms, back and legs. Your body will get ready for delivery as well.
Please ask for your doctor's approval to start Pilates. I will be sending you a form for your doctor to fill in. If possible, send me this signed document.
10:30- Paris Time-11:30 Turkey Time
Class will be English.
