❤️ HEART OF SUMMER | Yoga & Sound Special ☀️
90 Minutes | All Levels
Summer has a way of reminding us what really matters.
Longer evenings. Warm air on our skin. The invitation to slow down, soften and simply be here.
Yet so often our minds are somewhere else. Planning. Comparing. Rushing towards the next thing.
This special 90-minute practice is an invitation to journey from head to heart.
From doing to being.
From rushing to presence.
From comparing to gratitude.
Inspired by the timeless dance of strength and grace, we'll explore what it means to feel both grounded and free. Nature reminds us that nothing is static. Like trees reaching towards the light, rivers carving their own path and deer growing new antlers each summer, we too are always growing, adapting and becoming.
Guided by the wisdom of yoga, we'll explore breath-led movement that helps us arrive fully in our bodies before gradually settling into deep rest. Woven throughout is the quiet practice of abhyāsa and vairāgya: the gentle balance of wholehearted practice and letting go. Not striving to become someone else, but remembering the wholeness that already exists within.
As the body softens, you'll be immersed in an evocative sound journey of crystal singing bowls, grounding drum, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. Feel the steady rhythm of the drum like a heartbeat beneath the soundscape, inviting you to reconnect with your own inner strength while the crystalline tones create space for softness, restoration and grace.
This is your opportunity to pause.
To breathe.
To listen.
To reconnect with the steady rhythm beneath the noise.
Suitable for all levels, this is an evening to nourish your body, calm your mind and open your heart.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave feeling stronger yet softer, grounded yet spacious, carrying the quiet resilience of nature and the gentle grace that allows us to meet life with an open heart.
Because sometimes the greatest shift isn't changing your life...
it's changing where you're living from.
