Our core is a symbolic center of power. A strong core helps us a lot with yoga as well as our day-to-day postures. For instance, standing, arm balancing and inverting poses; it also helps to protect our lower back as it support the back by taking away the pressure we put onto it everyday. Core vinyasa is to connect different postures to a sequence to make the class fun and active. With focus put on strengthening our core, we will also feature few core strengthening poses.
