Amanda is a Perth Hills local, and experienced Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Sound Bath Facilitator and women’s embodiment coach. She is deeply compassionate space holder with a focus on nervous system support and leads sound baths, retreats, immersions and women’s circles across Perth and beyond. Amanda has over 350 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in Modern Alignment Vinyasa, Advanced Yin, Embodiment & Healing and Trauma Informed Yoga.

A classic practice focused on steady movement and physical alignment. We use foundational postures and the rhythm of the breath to build a stable, sustainable practice.
This class helps you bridge the gap between effort and ease. By holding poses and moving with intention, you will:
