Over the past decade, yoga has been a constant source of strength, clarity, and calm in my life. What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Yoga helped me navigate major life changes, recover from breast cancer, and stay grounded through challenging times. It’s through these experiences that I truly came to understand the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Whether you're seeking balance, rebuilding strength, or simply carving out time to breathe, I’m here to guide you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.

This class is welcoming to beginners and experienced students alike, and is well suited to those working with injury, reduced mobility, or during pregnancy.
Gentle Hatha is taught at an unhurried pace, with mindful movement to ease tension and soften habitual holding in the body. Supportive props are used in restorative postures to help you feel safe, comfortable, and fully supported, allowing the body to settle and recover.
Breath awareness is woven throughout the class to steady the mind, gently replenish your energy, and create space for deep rest and renewal.
