Description

A moderate-paced class blending steady, flowing movement with clear attention to alignment and breath. Using foundational postures and mindful transitions, the practice builds strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness in a sustainable way.

Expect a balance of effort and ease, with held poses, purposeful movement, and guided breathing, finishing with deep relaxation.
More energising than Gentle Hatha, while remaining grounded and supportive.

Suitable for relatively healthy beginners through to experienced students.
