Hi I'm Bronika, Studio Owner/ Yoga Teacher most people call me Bron. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 13 years, helping me stay grounded through life’s ups and downs. That experience led me to deepen my practice through teacher training, where I realised there was a need for a more practical, down-to-earth approach to yoga.
I teach Classical Hatha with a focus on stability and clarity. My classes provide a solid foundation for all levels, whether you’re a total beginner, returning to movement after an injury, or an experienced student looking for a steady, intentional practice to build physical confidence.
I don’t believe yoga needs to be complicated or performative to be effective. Instead, I focus on the essentials: mindful movement and the breath. I provide options for every one in each class, ensuring everyone get’s something out of a yoga class. My focus is on helping you build flexibility and strength at a pace that makes sense for you.

Michelle discovered yoga during a significant period of personal change, when she was searching for steadiness and a way to navigate life's challenges. Through a regular yoga practice, she experienced the powerful benefits of mindful movement, breath and meditation, finding a greater sense of balance that extended well beyond the mat.
Inspired by this experience, Michelle deepened her studies, completing extensive training in Hatha Yoga, meditation and Somatic Yin Yoga. Her teaching reflects the grounded, accessible philosophy of Citta Flow, combining mindful movement, breath awareness and relaxation to support whole-person wellbeing.
With many years of experience as an educator, Michelle brings warmth, patience and genuine empathy to every class. Linda came to yoga over 20 years ago while seeking a kinder way to care for her body after many years of ballet training. What she discovered was not only physical relief, but a practice that offered steadiness, perspective and support through all stages of life.
Becoming a yoga teacher had long been a quiet dream, which she finally followed while on maternity leave. Today, Linda specialises in pre- and postnatal yoga, chair yoga for seniors, and yin and restorative practices.

Yoga + Strength combines yoga with light hand weights and resistance bands to create a dynamic, whole-body practice. You’ll move through flowing sequences, standing and balance postures, alongside strengthening exercises designed to support everyday movement.
The practice remains grounded in yoga, with movement linked to the breath and options provided so you can work at a level that feels right for you.
Suitable for anyone wanting to build strength alongside their yoga practice. It’s particularly beneficial for adults who want to maintain muscle strength, balance, mobility and confidence as they age. You don’t need to be experienced with weights — beginners are welcome.

Hi I'm Bronika, Studio Owner/ Yoga Teacher most people call me Bron. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 13 years, helping me stay grounded through life’s ups and downs. That experience led me to deepen my practice through teacher training, where I realised there was a need for a more practical, down-to-earth approach to yoga.
I teach Classical Hatha with a focus on stability and clarity. My classes provide a solid foundation for all levels, whether you’re a total beginner, returning to movement after an injury, or an experienced student looking for a steady, intentional practice to build physical confidence.
I don’t believe yoga needs to be complicated or performative to be effective. Instead, I focus on the essentials: mindful movement and the breath. I provide options for every one in each class, ensuring everyone get’s something out of a yoga class. My focus is on helping you build flexibility and strength at a pace that makes sense for you.
I invite you to join me at Citta Flow in Kalamunda. It’s a welcoming, local space where you can focus on your wellbeing and leave feeling physically stronger, mentally clearer, and more at ease.

You might come to this class because you’ve never been to yoga before. Or perhaps you’ve tried it, but the room felt too fast, too loud or just a little too Lululemon.
Here, we slow things down.
Gentle Hatha is the softest class on our timetable. It’s for those days when your body needs a little more kindness and a little less pushing.
You might be coming to yoga for the first time, returning after many years, getting back to movement after illness, surgery or a break, or simply feeling stiff from sitting at a desk or in the car all day.
Perhaps your usual yoga class has become a little too much. Perhaps you’re nervous because you’re not sure what to expect. Or maybe you simply want to start slowly and build confidence in your body.
We teache gently, with clear guidance and plenty of options. Beginners are genuinely welcome.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to know the poses. And you definitely don’t need to be “good at yoga”.
Just come as you are. We’ll take it from there.
