Description
This is a 4 week yoga course especially for anyone new to yoga. Or for anyone returning to yoga after a long break.

Over 4 weeks you will explore:
- poses to help you build strength and improve mobility
- breathing techniques to help you manage stress and anxiety
- standing poses to improve your balance
- meditation and relaxation to improve your overall wellbeing.

The idea is that you commit to all 4 classes to benefit from a regular practice.

To get the most out of this course you will need to attend all 4 classes, however drop in classes will be available.

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.

Please don't worry if you feel too stiff or you're not used to exercise at all. This class is designed especially to help improve your flexibility and overall fitness. And you will receive plenty of guidance to help you get the most out of each class.

All you need to bring is your own mat!
