I offer yoga classes in Nottingham that blend the traditional practice of physical yoga with the science of movement

Enjoy this two hour yoga workshop to support your whole body health.
The focus for this session will be supporting your nervous system health.
We're going to have some fun playing with different movement patterns to build new and healthy pathways from our body to our brain.
We'll explore balance and inner strength and finish the class with a long Yoga Nidra to help you reset your nervous system and prepare you for a calmer week.
I will also be bringing my favourite calming essential oils for you use with your practice to aid deeper relaxation.
And there will be time for a herbal tea and treat at the end before you head back home.
This workshop is suitable for all abilities the only thing you will need to be able to do is sit down on a yoga mat comfortably.
