A good night's sleep is essential for your brain health. While you are sleeping your body repairs and resets so you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
This 4 week course of classes will help you wind down, stretch out, ease achey joints and prepare you for a good nights sleep.
It will help you to lower your stress levels (cortisol) and calm your nervous system so that you brain and body are both ready for a restful sleep.
The class will be mainly seated, on your knees or lying down and will include movement, breathing and relaxation techniques to help you master your sleep.
This class is online so that you can join at home and will be most effective if practiced as part of a calming bed time routine.
