Description

In this 1 hour yoga class you will experience a variety of yoga poses and flowing movement sequences. There is always time for relaxation at the end, so it’s a really nice way to release tension and prepare you for the week ahead.

Each week is different because our body needs a variety of movement so that you can continue to move well and feel better.

My focus is to improve the functional movement of your body. What this means is that your bones, muscles and joints are strong, mobile and flexible in all of the right proportions so that your body feels good.

The benefits of having a well functioning body are reflected in your overall wellbeing. Your mind and body always work together, so by keeping the body happy we keep the mind happy too.
