A yoga and movement class focused on pelvic floor and core rehabilitation. This class is especially designed for anyone suffering with pelvic floor dysfunction or abdominal separation.
We will focus on breathing and relaxation techniques, improving mobility and strength of the whole body for a better functioning pelvic floor and core.
