We're back on a Sunday and in our new home. The first yoga club of the year is going to focus on resetting and restoring the body and mind, ready for the new year ahead.

We will explore a variety of yoga movements that will help improve the function of your whole body, increasing joint mobility, building strength and releasing tension in the body and the mind.

During the 2 hours we will move in a variety of ways using the principles of yoga to benefit your whole being. There will be flowing sequences, moments of stillness and plenty of time to restore with a long relaxation.
