My mission is to enable you to enjoy the freedom of movement through teaching yoga poses and movements that are good for your body. Strong muscles, mobile joints and being able to balance well are the 3 key ingredients to a well-functioning body.
Join me for this free lunchtime class to experience a modern approach to yoga.
This class will combine yoga with functional movements to offer you a safe way to build strength and improve mobility
If you've never been to one of my classes give it a go!
Everyone is welcome - it will be suitable for all levels and most of the class will be done sitting on the floor!
