Description
This is a level 2/3 Iyengar Yoga class. June 1, Suzie Goldstein will be teaching.

It is assumed that you have a solid foundation of Iyengar Yoga, attend several classes a week, and have a home practice. Inversions are always included in this practice. These include headstand, shoulder stand, and full arm balance. Modifications are always made for specific conditions.

Props required: Mat, 2-3 blocks, 2 belts, a backless yoga chair, 4-5 blankets, a bolster and any other props that you use for your practice.
