Description
This practice will teach you the basics of basic yoga postures. Yoga postures build strength, stamina, promote wellbeing and wholeness. Come wearing comfortable clothes and shorts that go above the knee, or tight leggings. Do not eat or drink for 2 hours before the class. All props are provided. Email Jess at clearyogarhinebeck@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns regarding injuries and conditions that may affect your practicing yoga. Please have a mat, 2 blocks, a strap, 3 blankets and a chair - you can make do with what you have in your house.
