Join us in the softly lit studio for gentle restorative poses, contemplative practice and chanting to welcome the light back into our lives. Suitable for all levels.
Students must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to take in-studio classes at this time. Please read the guidelines on the front page of http://clearyogarhinebeck.com regarding procedures for your safety.
We ask that you pre-register at least 1 hour prior to the start of class. Walk-ins are not accepted at this time. Please arrive no less than 5 minutes prior to class starting.
You may use studio props at your own risk, or bring your own. Props required for this practice are 3-4 blankets, a mat, 2 blocks, a bolster, belt.
Be sure to complete your booking. You will receive a REMINDER one day before your scheduled class. If you DO NOT receive this, you are not booked into the class and will need to rebook.
